Hello!  It’s time for a new challenge at CAS – Colours and Sketches.  The first challenge of the month is always a color challenge, but during the month of December, we’re doing something a little different.  This week, we’d like for our challenge participants to choose any of our previous color challenge combinations and use it to make a Christmas card.

I’ve gone back to Challenge #45 for my color combo – Cherry Cobbler, Basic Gray, and Soft Sky.  I have to admit that I wasn’t really thrilled with the card I made when the challenge was introduced, so I was hoping to kind of redeem myself this time.  LOL  I’ve used all three colors with two different stamp sets to create a scene.  I embossed a panel of gray cardstock and used cherry cardstock to mat it and the scenic panel.  Both panels were mounted to a sky card base, and the sentiment was stamped with cherry ink.

Which of our approximately 50 color combinations will you use?  You can check all of them out on the CAS – Colours and Sketches blog using the Color Challenges Archive tab.  Be sure to see what the rest of the design team has made, too!  Then link your card to the challenge site by 1:00 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday, December 10.  We’d love to see what you come up with!  🙂  Thanks for stopping by today.
