Hello there!  This week at CAS Colours & Sketches we have a springtime-inspired trio of colors for you to work with.

I have to admit that here in my corner of Virginia, where we received about 8 inches of snow topped off with some sleet two days ago, and with 20-degree (Fahrenheit) temperatures as I type this, it doesn’t look or feel much like spring yet!   But one of the things I enjoy about spring is the variety of flowers that start to bloom.  The challenge colors spoke “flowers” to me, and I reached for one of my oldie but goodie floral stamp sets.  The sentiment comes from a different oldie but goodie stamp set.  I still don’t have the newest Stampin’ Up ink colors, so I substituted the closest matches I have for the green and the mango colors.

“Flowers” is the theme of the current challenge at Perfectly CAS, so I’m going to join in the creativity there.

What will these colors inspire you to create?  We’d love to have you join in our challenge!  You have until 6:00 p.m. Eastern U.S. time Monday, January 24 to link your card to our challenge post.  Thanks for stopping by today!

Supplies:
Stamps: Spring Garden (Stampin’ Up); Everyday Messages (Stampendous)
Cardstock: Marigold Morning, Green Galore, Whisper White (SU)
Ink: Marigold Morning, Green Galore, Daffodil Delight (SU)
