Hello!  It’s time for a new month of challenges at CAS Colours & SketchesStef is our hostess this month and she has some fun challenge ideas in store for us!

As always, we start the month with a color challenge.  I’ve decided to combine the colors with the CAS(E) this Sketch! challenge that ends this morning. I used the polished stone technique with the blues from the challenge colors to create the marble-look effect on a piece of glossy cardstock.  Then I die cut the hearts from it.  I also die cut two small hearts from shiny gold cardstock and adhered them over the two largest polished stone hearts.  I had a difficult time trying to get the colors to show true in the photo, so you’re going to have to take my word for it that the sentiment is heat embossed in gold.
