Hello again!  It’s the fourth Tuesday of the month, which means it’s sketch challenge time again at CAS Colours & Sketches.

I had cut some extra stars and stacked them in a swirly manner when I made my CC&S #230 card, and last week I rediscovered them in my Berry Burst cardstock folder.  I decided to go ahead and use them for the focal point of this week’s card.  I added a narrow line of Wink of Stella about 1/8″ in from the edge of the white star to give just a hint of sparkle.  I used strips of cardstock in the three colors of the stars for the horizontal line elements of the sketch.  It probably doesn’t show in the photos, but the card base is linen textured, which helps keep the card as a whole from looking too plain.
