Yes, I actually made the time to put ink to rubber and rubber to cardstock today. It felt good.
I wanted to use the weekly sketch challenge from Lizzie Anne Designs. The “twist” to that challenge was to incorporate polka dots into the card, which made me immediately think of my polka dotted Prima flowers. I decided to make a bright, cheerful get well card for this month’s Cards for a Cause challenge at Splitcoaststampers. Here is the final result.
Stamps: Sketched Sentiments (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Cardstock: Purely Pomegranate, Pretty in Pink, Prints designer paper (Stampin’ Up!)
Ink: Purely Pomegranate (Stampin’ Up!)
Other: Prima flowers, Making Memories crystal brad, Cosmo Cricket chipboard button
