Hello! Happy Friday! Are you ready for another Sweet ‘n Sassy Digi Challenge?

This week’s challenge is Tag, You’re It! Use a tag on your project – or make your project a tag, such as a gift tag. Just be sure you use at least one digital image for the focal point of your project. You’re not required to use a Sweet ‘n Sassy digital image, but we do love it when our participants use them (and you get the chance for extra perks if you do – see the SNSS Digi Challenge site for more details!).

A recent Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps sketch featured a tag as the focal point of the card layout.  I’ve used the mirror image of that sketch for today’s card.  I’m still trying to get some Valentines and love-themed cards made to send to OWH by the end of December, so I decided to use one of the images and some of the sentiments from the You & Me digital stamp set.  The colors one would typically imagine for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches aren’t usually perceived as Valentine colors, but luckily I had this retired Basic Grey paper with hearts on it and it seemed pretty near perfect.  The tag is adhered with dimensional adhesive, so I kept the embellishments pretty simple in order to keep the card from becoming too bulky and difficult to mail.
