I decided to take a little break this morning from Christmas preparations, and I made a quick card for the Freshly Made Sketch challenge that’s about to end.  I turned the sketch on its side for my card.  It had been a while since I’d used any of my Lizzie Anne Designs things, so I pulled out a couple stamp sets and some designer paper and put it all to use here.  (Although Lizzie Anne Designs no longer is in business itself, their stamps are still available through the online dealer Gourmet Rubber Stamps.) The ribbon glared a little bit in the photo; in real life it’s the same shade as the yellow cardstock. I popped up the flower with dimensional adhesive so it wouldn’t seem “lumpy” over the ribbon.

And now I have another card for my Operation Write Home stash.  🙂  Thanks for stopping by today!
