Hello!  Today brings us another sketch challenge at CAS – Colours and Sketches.  This one has some block shapes that can be interpreted in a number of fun ways!  You’ll have to check out the CAS – Colours and Sketches site to see what the rest of the design team has done with it!

I stretched the sketch out to a rectangular format.  I envisioned the blocks as gift boxes, so I decided to make them birthday presents.  Some of Stampin’ Ups older In Colors are working together for the color scheme. I haven’t used much ribbon on my cards lately, so it was fun to work with some again.  Because the ribbon bow turned out a bit thick and lumpy, I will probably keep this card in my personal stash instead of donating it to Operation Write Home.
