It’s been a busy week, but I did manage to put together this card pretty quickly for the Dynamic Duos color challenge that ends today.  I will confess that it’s a CASE of a card I made last fall, but I’ve changed up the colors a bit.  I incorporated the Dynamic Duos dessert option of using punches by rounding the corners of the card. The designer paper was a strip that I’d cut doing a different project. The edge of the whole sheet of paper was colored as if it had been sponged, so I added some sponging to the other edge of my strip to even out the look before I pleated it. In retrospect I should have put either a red or black strip of cardstock (or maybe even both colors) behind the pleated paper strip, to make it stand out more from the card base.  But oh well… I still think it’s a cute card, if I say so myself.  😉
